Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.
However, we will happily provide a replacement or exchange in the following cases:
- Your order came with the wrong items
- Your order came in defective conditions
- The item is expired upon arrival
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us at hello@velvetvanity.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- A description of the issue
All items must be returned in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are only issued under the following circumtances :-
- Customers accidentally placed the same order twice
- Your order came with the wrong items
- Your order came in defective conditions
- The item that is eligible to be replaced is out of stock.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- A description of the issue
Refunds are in the form of store credit unless the error is from our end.
Velvet Vanity is not liable for parcels lost or
damaged in transit during return.Contact us at hello@velvetvanity.co if you need a refund and we will handle the rest.
