Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns,
refunds and exchange after purchase.We only offer refunds in the event customers accidentally
placed the same order twice or the item that needs to be replaced is out of
stock. Refunds are in the form of cash or store credit. Contact us at sales@velvetvanity.co
if you need a refund and we will handle the rest. -

immediately at sales@velvetvanity.co if the item is defective, damaged or
if you receive the wrong item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you
have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Returns are free if the product is defective, damaged or if
you receive the wrong item. Velvet Vanity is not liable for parcels lost or
damaged in transit during return.Please allow seven business days from the time we receive
your return to process it. Once we receive your return, we will reach out via
email.Velvet Vanity reserves the right to refuse a return.

partners are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchange.

For orders placed before 11:00AM, please allow us two to three business days to process it (may take longer during huge sale or launches).We ship every Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

Malaysia (Peninsular) : 1-2 working days
Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : 3-5 working days
Singapore : 3-7 working days
The rest of the world : 10-12 working days
